Ostendo Custom Data Screens

Ostendo Data Screens provide good options for shopfloor data collection and processing.

Data entry can be via Computer Keyboard, Graphical Keyboard, Touch Screen, Barcode Scanner or Continuous Data Stream.

Weighing scales and temperature probes are examples of processing equipment which typically provide a continuous data stream.

The screens are launched from within Ostendo and maintain a continuous database connection.

 

Data is live with the Ostendo database making the following types of applications possible :

Time Capture Lite - Available free with Ostendo. Provides for basic attendance, job and assembly order time collection.

Time Capture - Ideal for collecting attendance and labour times from the factory floor. This efficient method of shop floor data collection provides accurate job cost and profit information in real time.

Smart Batch- Provides a barcode scanning solution for stock takes, receipting stock, issuing stock to assembly orders, picking sales orders and transfer of stock between warehouses and locations. It expands upon Ostendo's already comprehensive stock management system by automating data entry, and improving the accuracy of entry through barcoding.

Factory Data Collection - Ostendo data screens are made using Ostendo's graphical generator. This means custom screen designs and applications are efficient to develop.

Comes free with each Ostendo installation.

This application runs from within Ostendo and provides an efficient system for capturing basic time for attendance, jobs and assemblies.
